This version of MemMax is shareware, this means that you try it

a registered version for just $5.00....If after 30 days you decide you
don't like it, you must stop using it immediately!
PEOPLE TO THANK
Microsoft (c) Without them I'd be using PCDOS instead of MSDOS
Microsoft (c) For making Windows 95, without a doubt the best
operating system around.
Microsoft (c) For thier contributions HIMEM.SYS & EMM386.EXE,
For This Memory will never be the same.
PKWARE (c) For making the program PKLITE, without it, programmers
would be making bigger and bigger executables.
PKWARE (c) For making Pkzip & Pkunzip!
SCOTT MOTYKA For without his help this program would be filled
with Bugs!
And of course My Grandmother Eileen Bland...for without her
wisdom when I was growing up, I would surely be doing only
the bad things. In her Memory all programs that I write are
dedicated in her name.
INSTALLATION
I hope you have unzipped this archive to a temp directory not called
MemMax....please if you have move the files to a temporary directory.
just type install at the dos prompt....and the install program will do
the rest. A new directory called MemMax will be made and all files will
be moved there.
It's pretty much as easy as pie from there on!
INFO
/N ---- Returns system to Original Configuration.
/M ---- Starts the Maximum memory configuration process.
/? ---- The help Menu
Within the Autoexec.dat and Config.dat files there are lines which read
REM "SHAREWAREVERSION" , Removal of this line can cause the program to crash,
Under No circumstances should you ever remove these lines. When MemMax runs
it's internal programs, It reads those lines as part of It's programming,
without them, the result can in most systems be program failure.
The lines after it, however....are only Warning Lines. These lines can be
removed.
